1. Cancellation Policy
- Service Cancellation: Clients may request a cancellation of services within 48 hours of purchase. Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to support@juristsglobal.com with the subject line "Service Cancellation Request."
- Event Registration Cancellation: For event registrations, cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the event date to be eligible for a refund.
- Non-Cancellable Services: Certain services, such as legal consultations or document processing, are non-cancellable once initiated.
2. Refund Policy
- Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are only applicable for services that have not been initiated or delivered. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
- Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. The amount will be credited to the original payment method.
- Non-Refundable Fees: Administrative fees, bank charges, and taxes are non-refundable.
- Event Refunds: For event cancellations, a refund of 50% of the registration fee will be provided if the cancellation request is made within the specified timeframe.
3. Exceptions
- Refunds will not be provided for:
- Services already rendered.
- Failure to comply with the cancellation timelines.
- Technical issues caused by the client’s device or internet connectivity.
